VerifyThisSite DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY TRUST SCORE OR ANALYSIS. Our reports are based on automated analysis of publicly available data at the time of scanning. A high score does not guarantee a website is safe. A low score does not prove a website is fraudulent. Threat status, domain ownership, and website content can change at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VerifyThisSite and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from transactions on websites we analyzed, identity theft, malware infections, or any other harm resulting from reliance on our trust scores or reports.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to exceed our rate limit of 12 full verification scans per hour
- Submit false or malicious community ratings
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise our infrastructure
- Scrape or reproduce our content at scale without written permission
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Community Ratings
By submitting a community rating, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your star rating as an anonymous aggregate on our report pages. Only predefined feedback options are accepted — free-text comments are not permitted. You represent that your submission is honest and based on genuine experience with the website. We reserve the right to remove ratings we believe are fraudulent or abusive.
Intellectual Property
The VerifyThisSite name, logo, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. Verification results incorporate data from third-party sources (WHOIS/RDAP, Google Safe Browsing, URLhaus) subject to their respective terms.
